Join us for a guided meditation and Sound Bath begin under a galaxy of stars projected across the room, creating a soothing, flowing atmosphere. Lorraine has a diverse assortment of instruments which she plays intuitively, allowing for each person to create their own internal story of relaxation, release, revelation or transformation.
Everything you have ever experienced, has carried its own vibration, many of these stay anchored within us as anxiety, discomfort or forgotten memories that can be released or recovered during the Sound Bath.
As the evening nears its conclusion, Lorraine will guide you back with gentle stretching and chanting. Doors will open at 6:00pm and participates may set up their mats, blankets, pillows and other resting props. We suggest bringing your own as supplies are limited.
