In this 90-minute workshop you will be guided to tune into your intuition through a mindfulness practice to connect to your senses before intuitively picking your own herbal tea blend.
While we drink our tea, Rayna will discuss the medicinal and spiritual qualities of each herb chosen and how your inner knowing guided you to this unique combination of herbs.
To further solidify your relationship to these plants, you will be guided into a journey to connect with the spirit of a plant and have the opportunity to ask them anything related to your healing and receive their wisdom.
What to bring:
Your favorite tea cup or mug
A journal and something to write with
An open mind and heart
No prior experience with herbalism, energy work, meditation, or plant spirit medicine necessary. This offering is open to all levels.
