Enjoy a fun night under the stars for the whole family. Learn about the Popular Astronomy Club, check out the night sky using their telescopes and mobile observatory, and pick up a space-themed take & make craft for kids.
We will try to do some safe solar viewing until sunset at 7:05pm. Then we will target Venus and the Moon. Other great objects will be M22 (Sagittarius Cluster), M13 (Hercules Cluster), M57 (Ring Nebula), La Superba (red supergiant star), M17 (Swan Nebula), and many other fine objects. Stop by our PAC table for free hand-outs. Follow FB for weather related updates if needed.
