S.T.A.R. !! (Summer Theatre Arts Repertory)

S.T.A.R. students commit to train Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. for four weeks. An Extended Day option is available from 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. S.T.A.R. campers not only have the opportunity to explore theatrical arts, they also get to enjoy weekly field trips and summer activities. At the end of their 4-week session S.T.A.R. students will put on a stellar full scale production for the whole family to enjoy!

Our productions allow all participants the opportunity to showcase what they have learned while taking their moment to shine! Coming up this Summer, Edison Arts Foundation welcomes Tynesha Spikes Hightower Highschool's Award winning Theatre Director for her S.T.A.R. Session 1directorial debut presenting Descendants The Musical . S.T.A.R. Session 2 presents Wish Upon A Star directed by professional actress, singer, dancer, Monica Josette. Ms. Monica has served both as a choreographer, director and casting director for HSPVA, On the Verge Theatre, Ensemble Theatre, Theatre Under The Stars (TUTS), Alley Theatre and Edison Arts Foundation. EAF, Ms. Tynesha, and Ms. Monica are beyond excited to pour into our S.T.A.R. campers! Both productions are sure to pack the heat of Houston this summer!

**The camp has limited slots per session, register early!

Registration Fee: $50

Tuition: $500.00 per session (9:00a.m.-4:00p.m.)

Extended Day: $100 additional per child (8:00a.m. - 5:00p.m.)

A deposit of $250.00 can be made to secure your child's place. The outstanding balance must be paid in full by the first day of S.T.A.R. Session.

Students are required to bring daily lunch, AM/PM Snacks, and their own water bottle and drinks.
