Give your porch a little personality this fall with the cutest scarecrow on the block!
In this hands-on workshop, you’ll create an adorable 4-foot-tall wooden scarecrow porch sitter that’s ready to welcome guests all season long. You’ll paint your scarecrow from top to bottom, then bring him to life with charming details like his classic hat, sweet scarecrow face, raffia accents, sunflower and a fabulous fall bow.
No need to be an experienced painter or crafter—we’ll walk you through the project step-by-step. The fun is in adding your own personality, so no two scarecrows have to look exactly alike!
At a full 4 feet tall, your finished scarecrow makes a wonderful statement beside your front door, on a covered porch, in an entryway or tucked into your favorite fall display with pumpkins, mums and hay bales.

Your class is located at 5221 Highland Rd in Waterford at our new Creative Studio conveniently situated in a strip mall-style setting just across the courtyard from our new retail boutique — only a few short steps away! Guests will enjoy ample parking nearby including several handicap-accessible spaces and a handicap ramp for easy, comfortable access to the studio.
Be sure to leave yourself time to shop our unique boutique featuring over 6,000 beautifully handcrafted offerings created by talented local artists and makers. Trust us… you’ll be glad you did! We look forward to seeing you soon!
