Stand in It: A Yoga Flow for Strength + Stillness

Stand in It is our most energizing event of the spring — a flowing yoga sequence that builds strength, challenges your focus, and then drops you into the deepest stillness of the series. We close with a full sound bowl experience and a summer intention-setting practice you can carry with you for months.
This is the final event in the Serenity Spring Series, and we'll celebrate everyone who showed up — for themselves — this season.
What to expect:
· 10 min — centering and intention setting
· 40 min — dynamic flow (standing poses, balance work, core, power sequences)
· 25 min — sound bowl meditation with guided intention ritual
Note: This event is intermediate friendly but modifications are always available. You do not need to have attended the previous events.
