Following the decision by Highland Council to hold an emergency in-person meeting with all councillors, to review the unlawful decision made by the Licensing Committee not to revoke the operator license of jailed rapist, David Brown.
Highland Women's Rights group will be holding a peaceful protest and taking a stand outside the Council HQ.
We demand: Full Transparency
This meeting must NOT be held in private.
The public deserve to know our women are safe and that councillors are voting in the interests of the public they serve.
