We are soooo excited to be exhibiting at the gorgeous Stanbrook Abbey next month. I remember when this venue underwent a big refurbishment after the Benedictine nuns relocated from here. The Abbey re-opened its doors to its first bridal fayre in 2015 and I was there! In fact I organised a bridal catwalk. I roped in friends and relatives to model the dresses. I have to cringe a little when I look back at the photos though. Those dresses were so dated. To be fair, I'd only been running the business less than a year at that point so I was still learning. Things have moved on a great deal since then (gone from selling dresses from my dining room/expanded into the garage/moved to a high st shop/moved to a bigger shop! Anyway, I digress
