Stampede Kickoff: Hand-crafted Italian Meatballs on a Bun & Tiramisu

Celebrate the first night of Stampede in the Inglewood YWCA kitchen, with an Italian twist! In this hands-on cooking class, you'll learn how to hand-roll authentic Italian meatballs using Alberta beef topped with fresh Italian tomato sauce from scratch that you can recreate at home. Topped and melted with Italian cheese . Your handcrafted meatballs will be oven-baked to perfection and served on fresh locally made Italian buns to create your own Italian-style beef on a bun. For dolce, you'll create a classic Italian tiramisu from scratch to take home or enjoy lin class.
