Pizza & Cannoli Night – Hands-On Italian Cooking Class
Join me for a fun and interactive evening of authentic Italian cooking inspired by my family's roots in Southern Italy. In this hands-on class, you'll learn how to make pizza from scratch, starting with homemade dough, fresh Italian-style tomato sauce, and a variety of classic toppings. You'll stretch, top, and bake your own pizza while learning traditional techniques that can be recreated at home.
For dolce, you'll pipe rich, creamy cannoli filling into traditional Italian cannoli shells and finish them with a selection of delicious toppings to create your own custom cannoli. The shells are imported from Italy, bringing an authentic taste of Italy to your experience.
Whether you're coming with friends, family, or on your own, this class is all about great food, new skills, and sharing the Italian tradition of cooking together.
