Known largely for his soulful Italian cuisine, refined technique, and deeply personal approach to cooking, Chef Raul Mendoza has quietly built a devoted following throughout San Antonio’s culinary scene. An industry favorite, many know him from Alla Nonnas, his beloved restaurant celebrated for its heartfelt cuisine and warm hospitality. Before that, he served as Executive Chef at the iconic Paesanos River Walk, where he helped shape one of the city’s most enduring dining destinations.

Young, passionate, and immensely talented, Chef Raul cooks with both precision and emotion — creating dishes that feel elevated yet deeply comforting. For this exclusive evening, guests can expect a thoughtfully curated one-night-only, multi-course menu that showcases his signature style: rich flavors, beautiful ingredients, classic inspiration and modern creativity.
