1st Course- Watermelon Feta Salad

Arugula, fresh cut watermelon, feta cheese and watermelon vinaigrette dressing.

2nd Course- Beef Bourguignon

This French inspired dish is made with beef cheek slow cooked for hours until fork tender for a rich savory dish served on whipped potatoes.

3rd Course- Gazpacho

It’s a refreshing cold soup made from tomatoes, cucumber, and house made bread. It’s garnished with diced tomatoes, fresh red onion and cucumber.

4th Course- Mizo Pea Orzo

This rice-shaped pasta is made with pureed peas, miso, garlic and cream.

5th Course- Lemon Posset

Traditional British dessert made from just three simple ingredients: heavy cream, sugar, and fresh lemon juice.
