St. Luke’s and Schnucks have teamed up to offer nutrition classes at the grocery store to support your wellness journey.
About this Event

A St Luke’s dietitian will discuss:

1) how to find and make healthier choices at the grocery store

2) how to read a food label

3) review nutrition recommendations for optimal health

By the end of the session, you will feel more confident about your shopping skills, plus you will be provided with wellness resources, samples and a $10 gift card to practice your new skills.
