St. John’s Spiritual Wellness & Evangelism Outreach Initiative

This outreach initiative is a faith-centered wellness practice that supports daily wellness & spiritual growth.

Outreach Message:

We’re bringing together two things that actually belong together—Mental health wellness practices that help people live with stability and daily purpose, and spiritual practices that help us grow in Christ.

We want to help people become more aware of what’s happening in their everyday lives—stressors, life’s ups and downs, as well as the things that help them stay grounded—and then connect that awareness to prayer, Scripture, meditation, and trust in Jesus.

The goal isn’t just living a better life; it’s transformation—growing in faith, restoring daily peace, and learning how to live faithfully in ordinary, everyday moments.
