About Dave Smith:
Dave Smith joined St. George Spirits in 2005, bringing with him a background in teaching and winemaking. Over the years, he has become the custodian and guiding hand behind St. George's whiskey program, earning recognition such as being named to the San Francisco Business Times "40 Under 40" list. His meticulous approach and blending expertise have been instrumental in the development of St. George's acclaimed single malt whiskeys.
