Elyi Sux is the solo project of Jesús Quevedo, a Venezuelan-born, Buenos Aires-shaped producer and DJ currently based in Malta. After a decade in Argentina's underground music scene, Jesús launched his solo project to explore a more intimate, textural sound: minimal house, minimal techno, and experimental electronics built around hypnotic grooves and immersive atmospheres.
His sets are versatile by design — shifting between melodic, sunset-leaning openings and deeper, darker territories built for late-night moments. His influences span Nicolas Jaar, Ela Minus, Omeria, NIN, and Metronomy. In 2025 he released his self-titled debut LP, an eight-track journey across danceable and reflective territories that closes with "Punta Pari," a tribute to the Venezuelan raptor-house tradition of his roots.
Now relocated to Malta, Elyi Sux brings a Latin American sensibility to the Mediterranean's electronic landscape.
