Monday and Wednesday walking group
Walking group open to all levels. Monday and Wednesday evenings 430 till 6 at Springbank park. Weather permitting of course. If the weather isn't cooperating I will post the day of. So always check the site before leaving
How to find me!
Pull into the storybook Gardens entrance off commissioners road and instead of turning right towards storybook Gardens go straight. There is a parking lot on the left hand side and it's close to the bathrooms. Thats where we meet. I drive in Orange SUV. And I'm usually at a picnic table stretching by 4:15.
It's a moderate pace hike. We don't race through it. We walk so that we can all still talk to each other. That way we get the socialization as well as some exercise. Mostly level ground however there are some hills and a staircase. The whole walk is 6 km. It usually takes a little over an hour to complete.
