Join our Spring Yoga, Chakra Dance, and Sound Bath event! For just $55, immerse yourself in a transformative experience designed for all levels—no prior experience is necessary.
Elvia will guide us in welcoming the Spring Equinox with a mindful yoga flow movement and breath to help you transition into spring. Following this, she will lead a unique Chakra Dance that blends ecstatic dance with intentional movement, inviting you to awaken the vibrant energy of spring within you. This is a perfect opportunity to plant your seeds for new beginnings that will set the tone to collect your harvest during the fall equinox.
To conclude our session, Jenny will provide a soothing vibrational sound healing and guided meditation.
