SPRING TRAINING - DANCERCISE SERIES

Spring training is officially in session! Join us for our 8 week Dancercise series every Monday for this full-body dance fusion work-out class that is a perfect hybrid of dance yoga pilates and strength training to get your summer body snatched while getting lost in some epic music. Improve your musicality flexibility and flow that will have you warm for the rest of your week!
