Immerse yourself in the soothing sounds of Singing Bowls, Gongs, Native American flutes, chimes and other unique instruments.

WHAT TO EXPECT: the journey begins while lying down or seated in a comfortable position. After a few minutes of guided meditation, the experience is then filled with unique sounds, frequencies and vibrations washing over you.
BRING: Yoga mat, or gravity chair, blanket, pillow, water, eye mask optional. Comfort is key!!
