Guided Meditation Journey

Ready to relax and recharge? Come hang out with us at 1 Starline Way on April 25, 2026 at 5:00 PM (Eastern Time) for a chill session of guided meditation. Whether you’re new or a pro, this journey will help you find some calm and clarity. Bring comfy clothes and an open mind!

Before beginning, we will explore breathing techniques to support regulating our body and mind. Members will lay down on a yoga mat with a blanket provided. As we travel through a visual, guided journey together - I welcome you to bring soften, an open heart, and what you are holding onto - so we can release together, in a safe space.

*Yoga mats are provided, please bring your own if prefer!
