About this Event

Join Jo at Wild Indigo Sound Healing on Friday 24th April 2026, 7 - 8.30PM [doors 6.50pm*]



Enjoy a healing space infused with the transformative power of sound and intention. To benefit the mind, body & soul.

🧘 No prior meditation or sound healing experience needed—just come as you are. Mats and blankets provided, or feel free to bring your own for comfort.

*Please arrive 10minutes before the event so we can start promptly and maintain a restful healing space for all.

You will need to bring:

  • Wear comfortable clothing / layers
  • Yoga mat and padding you prefer to lay on
  • Blankets (& duvet)
  • Eye mask (if you prefer)
  • A pillow/cushion
  • Yoga bolster or padding for under the knees if required
  • A bottle of water
  • Anything else to make you feel comfortable (hot water bottle/thick socks/more padding to lay on)

What is provided:

  • Sound Journey 60-75 minutes
  • Herbal Tea
  • Grounding Snack

A sound journey is 60-75 minutes of deep relaxation, lying down in Heart Rest Yoga Nidra, whilst bathing in the healing vibrations and frequencies of various sacred instruments. Such as Gongs, Himalayan Bowls, Crystal Bowls, Frame Drum, Ocean Drum, Chimes and many more.

Allowing the sound to flow through you, taking you on a transformational journey of deep calm. A chance to feel rested, renewed and nurtured in order to find inner strength to self-heal and restore balance in the mind, body and soul.

* Important Note ~ this event is not advisable for people who have the following contraindications: - Epilepsy (specifically sound induced)- Pregnant (particularly 1st trimester)- Suffer from severe mental health issues (e.g. psychosis)*
