Spring Renewal Retreat

Step away from the demands of daily life and tap into a renewed sense of vitality and clarity with this half-day yoga retreat.

The day starts with a cleansing and uplifting yoga flow incorporating breath work, meditation and feel-good flowing movement. We'll then have time to enjoy hot drinks, tasty treats and time to connect (outdoors if the weather agrees!). Then we'll ease into a nurturing yin-style yoga session, to release deep-seated tension, rounding it all off with a restful and replenishing Yoga Nidra (deep relaxation) experience.

This retreat is an opportunity to connect with yourself and likeminded others and to enjoy a reset as we move into the warmer, lighter part of the year. You might like to enjoy time for yourself or take the opportunity to share the experience with friends, partners or family members.

Lloyd Hall is in the peaceful village of Outwood and there are local pubs and countryside walks to enjoy if you would like to make a day of it. Early bird rate = £40 (until end of March); £45 thereafter.
