Spring Refresh Sound Bath | Donation-Based

Join us for a rejuvanating sound bath to celebrate Spring, the upcoming season of new beginnings. This will be an immersive experience to help nurture your mind, body, and spirit. You will have the opportunity to reconnect with yourself and relax as you are "bathed" in the powerful sound frequencies of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other high vibrational instruments.

All are welcome but space is limited.

No experience is necessary. Come with an open mind and heart.

This event is donation-based.

Suggested energy exchange: $15 - $20

The sound bath takes place in Aikido Del Mar's new location in Scripps Ranch. As a courtesy to the dojo, please remove your shoes before going on the mat. Much gratitude to Aikido Del Mar for sharing their sacred space.
