Join Shelley Jones and I for a delightful relaxing and restorative morning in May at the magical Middlewick. As we move closer to Summer, with the increasing light and energy all around us, we are hosting a deeply relaxing morning to gently reset your mind and body, ready to spring into Summer feeling grounded, refreshed and recharged.
The session has 2 parts
Pt 1 - Movement & Practice
Shelley will take you through slow, mindful movement with breath and awareness to help the body release tension and calm. You will also learn and practice various acupressure points that you can use at home, gaining an understanding of the connection between body, mind and emotions through 5 elemental acupuncture theory. The intention of this session is to give you practical tools to use in every day life, helping you feel more at ease and better able to move into the energy of the season with balance.
Pt 2 - Kelly will take you through calming breathwork, meditation and focused intention setting alongside a deeply relaxing and restorative sound bath with the beautiful crystal and tibetan singing bowls and the thought provoking gongs.
All served up alongside delicious, warming drinks and beautiful views!
This is a pilot session at the introductory rate of £40pp.
