Originally from French tradition, the galette is a more rustic cousin of pie. Freeform and baked right on the baking sheet, these pastries can be sweet or savory. For our savory galettes, we’ll start by making the dough. While the dough chills, watch a demonstration on fermenting milk into silky ricotta, then build the filling for your galettes from our flavor bar. We’ll bake and enjoy in class. Cost $45
