Infusion is a way of transferring flavor from an original source (a fruit, an herb) into another substance (vinegar, water, alcohol, sugar, salt). Infused creations make great gifts and are a delicious addition to your cooking techniques.
In this class you'll learn the principals of infusing flavor, the differences between liquid versus solid infusions, all while we get hands on infusing both a vinegar and an oil. We'll talk about the many variations and gift ideas you can try out in your own kitchen. Please bring 2 tightly sealed container to take your infusions home. Cost $40
