Nature for HEART is a project funded by the National Lottery’s Awards for All programme and the PH Holt Foundation. We’re delivering a series of events and activities designed to get more people active on Rimrose Valley, connecting with each other and the park’s nature.
As part of this Spring Nature Fair, we are welcoming Merseyside BioBank to Rimrose Valley. They will be explaining all about the global City Nature Challenge, where cities worldwide compete to document the most urban biodiversity using the iNaturalist app.
There will be family-friendly activities to get involved in, and a range of stalls for other local nature and environment groups, including:

> Faiths4Change
> Green Sefton
> Merseyside BioBank
> Rimrose Valley Friends
...with many more to be confirmed.
We will also be getting active in the great outdoors with free yoga and tai chi demonstrations... and arts & craft activities inspired by nature!
This is a completely FREE event, but we kindly ask for you to register you places, including any children, using the Eventbrite link, so we have a rough ideas of numbers to expect.
