Join us in NoVA on Saturday, 4/18/2026 @ 6:00 PM for a relaxing SOUND BATH JOURNEY with guided meditation, breathwork and ceremonial cacao at Main St. Wellness Co

Take a break from the noise of everyday life and step into a calm, welcoming space where your mind and body can truly unwind. This session is designed to help you relax, reset, and feel more at ease.

We’ll begin with a ceremonial cacao drink, followed by gentle breathwork and a short guided meditation to help you settle in. From there, simply lie back and relax as you’re immersed in the soothing sounds and calming frequencies of crystal singing bowls, gong, chimes, and ocean drum.

As the sound washes over you, your body naturally begins to slow down - helping release tension, quiet the mind, and support deep rest.

Perfect for anyone looking to recharge, de-stress, and start the weekend feeling refreshed as we welcome the renewal of Spring.

💡Why a Sound Bath? Sound healing uses vibration and frequency to help calm the nervous system, quiet the mind, and restore balance in the body. The soothing tones of crystal bowls, chimes, and other instruments create a deeply meditative experience that can reduce stress, improve sleep, and leave you feeling deeply refreshed and renewed.

This unique 1hour, 15 minute experience is hosted by Kathleen, an experienced and certified sound healing practitioner, guiding you through a thoughtfully curated evening of mindfulness and healing to create a true reset. Perfect for all levels — ages 12+, no prior experience required. See you there!

🎟 Single Ticket – $39 Entry for one person. Please arrive up to 10 minutes before start time to settle in. To support a peaceful and distraction-free meditation experience for everyone, the doors will be locked 5 minutes after at the start time. We invite you to arrive a few minutes early so you can get comfortable before we begin.
