This experience blends guided meditation with immersive sound to support your nervous system, quiet the mind, and restore energetic balance.
You’ll be guided into stillness as layers of sound wash over you—nature recordings, drums, gongs, and crystal singing bowls tuned to all seven chakras—creating a deeply restorative and meditative state. No experience is needed. Simply come as you are, lie back, and receive.
