Kathy Campbell is an American Yoga Council Level 3 Practitioner with over 500 hours of advanced training. She is a mentor, guide, and wellness coach known for her grounded, approachable teaching style.
Kathy is passionate about helping both students and teachers deepen their practice through strength, awareness, and intelligent, intentional movement. She leads workshops and immersions that are practical, empowering, and rooted in real-world application on and off the mat.
