Spring is here and so is our first seasonal celebration of the year!'Spring Joy' is in celebration of Ostara and the long awaited blooming of Spring...embodying all aspects of the natural world - once again, Soul Charlotte & Selenite Sister are joining in synergy to allow you space to appreciate all the aspects of Spring through intentional practice and creativity.
What to expect:
🌸 Welcomed with artisan coffee & Holy Grounds doughnuts
🌸 Charlotte will share her wisdom of Spring flowers & you'll craft your own Spring Poise
🌸 Niamh will share all the Ostara Goddess related crystals & you'll craft your own Rose Quartz necklace
🌸 Bringing you the most relaxing yet uplifting hour of Yin Yoga & Sound...Charlotte will guide you through a soulful sequence of yoga to embody the spirit of Spring...accompanied by a crystal infused Sound Bath...to allow space for Earth grounding & goddess connection
You’ll take home a Ostara gift ✨
All are welcome, no experience needed - we invite you to wear the clothes that feel good, warm & cosy, yet Spring-y and all the goddess vibes
Refreshments will be served - doughnuts from Holy Grounds & coffee, but please bring with you water ✨
