U17 Category
U15 Category
The Classes will be run as a whole Class (Teenage Boys and Teenage Girls) with the sub Classes automatically entered if applicable, with a separate scoring sheet and awarded per sub category AND the whole class during presentation.
Example. If a boy is 15 years old, he will be entered in the overall teenage class and place in the U17 and U15 category . So yes, a chance to leave with three trophies!
Each event will only need to be completed once no matter how many sub categories athlete is entered into.
All athletes to receive competition t-shirt, certificate for each class theyre entered into and medal
Podiums receive trophies and prizes.

Max Deadlift
No Minimum Weight
Powerlifting Style (3 attempts athlete selects weight)
Texas deadlift bar and calibrated plates used
Event 2
Axle Press, Reps FTOH in 60s.
Choice of Weights. Athlete to select weight during registration. Any reps at the heavier weight beat any reps at a lighter weight.
Boys 50 or 75 or 100
Girls 30 or 50 or 65
Event 3
Farmers Medley
Pick Up Heights 20"
Two separate pairs of Farmers. The second pair waiting at the 10m mark waiting till the first is completed by each athlete.
Women 10m with 45kg per hand into another 10m with 65kg per hand
Men 10m with 65kg per hand into another 10m with 90kg per hand
Event 4
Carry medley
Each item to be carried down a 10m course in any order.
Credit given for each completed Item.
No shouldering if any item allowed

21 Thomas Inch Dumbell (must be carried with one hand)
