Then expereince a soothing sound bath fo a deeper state of relaxationat this in-person Sound Bath and Savasana .

From 11-12pm indulge in Healthy tasty bites, refreshing beverages including palnt based smoothies while you mix and mingle. Chair massages will be avaiable before and after class to help loosen those tight muscles and rid any further stress!

Our Restorative yoga starts at 12pm following a 30 min sound bath session.
