Memorial Weekend Wine Tasting at the Vineyard (Jonesboro, GA)

This Memorial Day weekend, Norwood Vineyard is opening its gates for an experience that goes a little deeper than a glass of wine.

Nestled in Jonesboro, Georgia ( just 25 minutes south of Atlanta) Norwood Vineyard sits on land that has been in our family for 75 years. What started as a working farm with muscadine vines older than most of us has grown into one of South Atlanta’s most beloved outdoor destinations. And this weekend, we want you to see it for yourself.

What to Expect

Your experience begins with a guided walking tour of the vineyard, led by one of our family hosts, where you’ll learn the history of the land, the story of the muscadine vine, and how three generations of one family have been tending this soil. Then you’ll settle into a seated 3-pour tasting, sampling from our curated selection of small-batch Southern wines.
