Spring, in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), is the season of the element of Wood, where the seeds and dreams of winter spring fourth into of new growth, expansion and direction.
Join us for a Zenthai Flow workshop where we’ll Spring into life though movement and breath, connection and a guided, follow-along lesson in Zenthai Shiatsu, a clothes on, floor based modality incorporating stretching, deep pressure, therapeutic touch and so much more!

✔ An awakening movement practice of twisting and side opening to detoxify the liver
✔ A guided bodywork sequence to offer to friends and family, or as CPD for your practice

This practice is for anyone interested in therapeutic touch and movement. Come alone or with a partner!
It is a movement based practice! Expect lots of movement 🙂
It will involve a warming yoga asana practice that you can take at your own level, some partner yoga and connection practices and a Zenthai Shiatsu body therapy guided sequence, which you'll get the chance to learn, give and receive. This will be given on the floor, in kneeling, lunging and sitting positions.
We will provide comfy mats to work on and cushions for extra support.
After feedback from our previous workshop we are extending this one to 4 hours to really allow time to explore the art of touch.
