Join experienced mindfulness facilitator Liz Newstead for this 'Introduction to Mindfulness' course: Introducing you to ways of training your brain for your overall wellbeing. Through simple yet powerful techniques, you’ll learn how to step away from constant busyness, quiet an overactive mind, and distance yourself from unhelpful thoughts. It will help you find ways to train the mind to be positive, kind, and helpful, ultimately to develop a sense of peace and calm in the mind.
