Info: We will circle and settle in with tea, oracle cards, & introductions. You'll then be invited to get comfortable & partake in a guided visual meditation and Reiki energy experience for the whole group. Reiki energy healing is a gentle & hands-off modality that can provide nervous system regulation, relaxation, & emotional ease or release, & clearing of negative/dense energies within the group & space. Once completed, we will have time for reflections & open the space to share anything on our hearts/minds that we would like to be witnessed in.
