Join us for a Spring Gong Bath & Sauna Retreat with flower frequency Gongs.

What to expect-

on arrival a blue lotus tea will be served,

You will receive a small goodie bag with a crystal,candle & rose bud tea to use at home to continue the vibrations.

grounding and alignment with tuning forks, journaling our desires for 2026 followed by Gong & Voice Sound Session, Four majestic Gongs accompanied by other musical instruments will take you deep on a journey into sound waves and vibrations. A light grounding snack and more lotus tea will be served before you change into sauna attire and really let go and set your intentions in the stunning sauna, a cold water shower is available to maximise the sauna experience.

A hot beverage will be served by the fire before you leave, so you will be grounded and firmly in your body before you leave!

Please bring flip flops, gown, towels. Journal & pen

A cosy nest will be waiting for you with cosy blankets and pillow, if you have a fav blanket or pillow and want it to soak up the vibrations please bring along but you don’t need to shlep mats, blankets etc!
