Spring Forest Bathing

Join us for a 2-hour guided sequence of nature connection activities designed to promote a sense of personal calm and overall well-being. We will cover less than half a mile but will go off the main trail so participants must be able to walk on uneven ground.

NOTE: This is an adults-only event. No pets, please.

Please have:

- Closed-toed shoes and long pants. We will go off the trail so this is for your comfort and safety.

- Small water bottle

- Something to sit on, like a sarong or towel that you don't mind to get dirty

- Bug spray to protect yourself from chiggers, mosquitoes or ticks

A note about starting on time

- We will leave at 8AM from the boathouse area (in front of the bathrooms) and head into the park. The first activity is a guided meditation, so for this reason we cannot accommodate for latecomers as it will disturb the group.

Please plan to arrive 15 min early so you're ready for an 8AM start. Note it is the Bond Park Drive entrance.

Refund policy

There will be no refunds for latecomers.

Full refund will be given if the event is canceled due to rain.
