It's finally time for our outdoor Happy Hour at the Barre classes to begin.
Join us for a great workout followed by some cocktails and treats on Friday May 2 at 5:30pm in the courtyard space of our location at the Lace Village.
And we have a special treat for all of you. Tara will guide us through our amazing Barre class while our special guest, Regina Sayles plays live music for class.
In constant search of truth on her musical journey, Regina Sayles’ acoustic-driven melodies connect you to the everyday human condition. As a vocal chameleon, Regina sings to the center of life’s heart strings. As an Ohio native currently based in East Stroudsburg, PA, Regina tours whenever possible while remaining passionately dedicated to her local fan base.
Regina plays 100+ live shows a year at every type of venue, including pubs, restaurants, concert halls, music festivals, and community fairs.
Regina will continue her live music for one hour after our class as we celebrate the warmer weather.
