Observe Scranton Festival returns to celebrate Scranton through the eyes of Jane Jacobs, our hometown iconic city activist, on what would be her 109th birthday. Held every other year (since 2021) this marks the 3rd Observe Festival - presented by The Center For The Living City.

*A Jane Jacobs Walk
*Ignite The Light: a 3D projection mapping art installation on Marywoods campus
All the above (and more) will occur on the Marywood University, Scranton, PA campus - no charge to attend any Observe programming.
