This after-hours Forest Bathing walk offers a rare opportunity to experience the garden when the crowds have gone and the landscape feels spacious, quiet, and alive with new possibility.
Inspired by Shinrin-Yoku, this gentle experience encourages participants to release stress, awaken the senses, and reconnect with nature’s rhythms.
Guided by Certified Forest and Nature Therapy Guide Jess Thenhaus of Urban Forest Therapy, you’ll move slowly through the garden and take in the gentle scents, textures, and sounds of spring. Through sensory-based invitations, the evening becomes a space to unwind, reconnect with yourself, and attune to the renewing energy of the season.
