Spring Equinox Yoga Nidra & Auricular Acupuncture
Join us for a deeply relaxing evening of rest and renewal as we welcome the Spring Equinox—a time of balance, intention, and new beginnings.
Yoga Nidra is a guided practice of deep relaxation, breathwork, intention setting, and imagery, leading you into approximately 45 minutes of relaxed awareness. Please bring a yoga mat, pillows, and blankets for comfort.
Auricular Acupuncture involves the gentle placement of up to five needles in each ear and may support stress relief, calmness, better sleep, and emotional balance.
Facilitated by Brishia Kluck, Certified Acupuncture Detoxification Specialist, and Helen Dobb, Registered Yoga Teacher, Certified Acupuncture Detoxification Specialist, and Certified Yoga Nidra Guide.
