Come gather in community and experience group healing in a whole new way.Andy will lead a restorative sound bath and somatic movement session, guiding your body into deeper relaxation and awareness. During the experience, Hannah will be reading the room energetically and working with participants’ energy and physical bodies to help release stored tension and blockages.
