Spring Equinox Yoga in the Greenhouse

Embrace the fresh and new as we head into the spring season with a slow-flow style yoga class that focuses on peeling away the layers, inviting in growth and renewal. You'll feel like you're on vacation in the tropics as you go from pose to pose surrounded by banana trees, pineapples, and citrus trees in a lush and tropical glass greenhouse at Norbut Solar Farms in Spencerport, NY.

After class, there will be time to relax, mingle, and wander the greenhose while sipping on a warming tropical farm tea (all sourced from the greenhouse and gardens).

All classes are beginner-friendly.

Please bring a mat or towel to practice on.

Wearing layers is recommended.
