About this Event
An invitation to gather, connect, and welcome the season of new beginnings.
As we arrive at the Spring Equinox, we honour the turning of the wheel, the return of light, and the fertile energy of growth, possibility, and renewal. Together, we gather in sacred sisterhood to plant seeds, both within ourselves and in the earth.
Join Becky and Lily for a nourishing exploration of self, sisterhood, and spirit.
Together, we will share in the warmth of herbal tea, light nourishing nibbles, heartfelt connection, and creative expression as we paint our own pot plant and plant a seedling infused with intentions for the season ahead.
Guided by the energy of Spring, you'll be invited to reflect on what you wish to nurture and cultivate in your life. Through intentional movement, ritual, and creation, we will honour the transition into this new season before surrendering into a deeply restorative Sound Ceremony to recalibrate, recentre, and root into the possibilities unfolding within and around us.
This is an invitation to step away from the busyness of everyday life, reconnect with your body, awaken your creative essence, and remember that growth begins with the seeds we choose to plant.
On the day, please wear comfortable clothes you can move around in and bring anything that helps you feel supported (e.g. journal, pen, water).
Everything else (pots, paints, seedlings, mats, bolsters, blankets, etc.) will be provided.
Arrive at 1:00pm for smudging and time to settle into the space.
