Join Breezy Movements for Spring Equinox: A Sunset Sound Bath Ritual, a thoughtfully curated outdoor experience held at the historic Juanita Craft Civil Rights House & Museum in South Dallas.

We’ll begin the evening with guided journaling and reflection to honor the transition from winter into spring. As the sun begins to set, participants will settle in for a calming sunset sound bath, allowing the vibrations of crystal singing bowls and gentle instruments to support relaxation, release, and nervous system restoration.

After the sound bath, guests are invited to take time for quiet coloring and creative reflection while enjoying warm tea and gentle conversation.

This experience is designed to be slow, grounding, and restorative — offering space to release what winter carried and welcome the balance of the season ahead.
