Beautiful soul, the Spring Equinox invites us into a new season of growth, clarity, and renewal. Before we can fully step into what we desire for ourselves, we have to release what no longer serves us. This Spring Equinox Stretch & Sound experience is designed to help you create space for what you are calling in this spring.

Led by LeNaya Smith Crawford, Licensed Holistic Therapist, Trauma-Informed Facilitator, and Sound Healer, this 90-minute experience is a beautiful blend of yin and restorative yoga, breathwork, affirmation, and sound healing. Through intentional stretching, grounding breath, and guided affirmation, you’ll be supported in releasing tension, shedding winter heaviness, and setting clear intentions for the season ahead. The evening will close with a deeply nourishing sound bath featuring crystal singing bowls, chimes, and vibrational healing frequencies curated to support relaxation, regulation, and integration.

This experience is an invitation to slow down, reset your nervous system, and align with what you truly desire. It’s about making room for your next level by consciously letting go of what’s weighing you down.

No prior experience is needed. Just bring an open heart, an open mind, and a willingness to show up for yourself.
