Mix & Simmer returns with a new chapter! An immersive exploration of The Arab region through food, sound, and shared ritual. This experience will take place on the rooftop, where the city skyline meets an evening of fire kissed flavors, music, and connection.

Your ticket includes access to a multi-course dinner menu curated by Chef Ruma and guest collaborators, along with a thoughtfully paired drink program designed to complement each course. The evening will unfold at one long table, inviting guests into a communal dining experience rooted in storytelling and cultural exchange.

Throughout the night, live Arabic oud performances will set the tone—blending tradition and atmosphere as the sun sets and the energy evolves. Guests will also enjoy handcrafted desserts from Vinny’s Mutual Aid Bakery, offering a sweet closing to the dinner portion of the evening.

As dinner concludes, the rooftop transforms. Your ticket includes entry into the after party, where DJ Zabi from Code Blue Studio and others, movement, and celebration carry the night forward under the open sky. This is where strangers become friends, and dinner becomes something more.
